CLIENTS

Welcome to EOMSINC!
We are proud to have you as a EOMSINC representative in the field.

The Philippine government through the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) closely monitors and regulates the deployment of Filipinos employees overseas to protect their rights and avoid exploitation which is sadly commonplace. We ask that you keep in mind that whilst many of these procedures may appear arduous they are unfortunately there for justifiable reasons.

Provide us with your company's details and completed Job Description Forms outlining the positions you wish to fill. The Job Description Forms will be provided by EOMSINC Manpower.

You will need to have your company registered with and accredited by the POEA. This requires all our contractual documents to be verified and authenticated by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) at the Philippine Embassy nearest the place of work. Advantage of hiring Filipino Workers

INDUSTRIOUS

Filipinos working abroad are industrious. They are willing to work even on extended hours, during holidays and rest days when the need arises. In some other countries, particularly in United States, Canada and other European nations, it is not unusual for Filipinos to have two to three kinds of job simultaneously. They work fast, reliable and need minimal supervision.

PERSEVERING

Filipino workers seldom complain about their jobs. From the time they leave the Philippines to work abroad they are aware that their work will not be a stroll in the park and that life would not be a “bed of roses”. Not afraid to face challenges and does not get easily frustrated when confronted with workplace problems, rather, they strive harder to live and achieve their goals.

ADOPTABILITY

Filipinos can easily co-mingle with other nationalities and adjust with the culture of the country they are working. One distinct advantage of Filipinos compared with most countries that also have overseas workers is their ability to speak and understand the English language. Their English pronunciation and enunciation compared with other Asian countries are more understandable. A good communicator and can easily learn the basic language of the country he is with.

FRIENDLY

Filipinos are well known all over the world as hospitable. They smile a lot and are very friendly with their co-workers regardless of their nationalities. Very seldom that you can see Filipinos engaging into fights. Not because they are cowards but rather they are patient and understanding by nature.

EAGER TO LEARN

Filipinos are not just satisfied of what they know. Teach them new skills, they will try to learn it without complaints. A quality that makes the Filipino employee a jack-of-all-trades. Never afraid to face work challenges and enjoy learning new things. Probably that’s the reason why Filipinos has a 97% level of literacy.
